All Omius products are shipped from FRANCE using the most expeditious and economical method available.
We hope you are excited about your Omius product but if for any reason you want to return it please let us know. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your Omius order to return your UNUSED product.
To initiate a return send us an email at info@omius.eu and please include your original Omius order number.
All applicable promotions, discounts, free items at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund or credit.

Your Omius cap, visor and headband include a warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In the event of any such defect occurring during the warranty period, Omius will, at its option:
(a) repair or replace the product with one of the same or then current design.
(b) issue a refund.
NOTE: The Omius cooling pieces DO NOT include a warranty against damage or breakage as they are by design fragile and may on occasion break.
